Les welcomed us early Saturday afternoon and proceeded to give us the most usefully comprehensive introductory show-around of Tyddyn Sydney Bach. Within an hour of arrival we were graced with the welcome of a pheasant and a jay. In the days since we’ve heard song thrush, siskins, blackcap and all the usual feathered thugs of the garden. During our stay we’ve visited Menai Strait, Isle of Anglesey (a red squirrel stronghold), Llandudno, Portmeirion and Bethesda (for ZipWorld Velocity!). Only one day was shortened due to it dinging-it-doon (raining) but we managed to complete the dune walk near Newborough to Llanddwyn beach (Anglesey) with our getting soaked. Thanks for your hospitality and enjoy Summer 2024!
