Our location here near Bangor, just a stone’s throw from the beautiful Menai Strait, is something many of our guests appreciate. Hi-Spec/Hi-Tech Cottage situated in Beautiful Established Grounds
We arrived a little early (3pm arrival) but Les welcomed us into the accommodation and gave a thorough introduction to where everything was and how it all worked. We quickly got settled (thanks for the Welsh cakes, gorgeous roses, tea, coffee, milk, etc!) This thoughtfully appointed hi-spec/hi-tech cottage is situated in beautiful established grounds - a real nature haven! We couldn't have asked for a more perfectly situated homely base for our week's holiday in North Wales and Anglesey. Although the weather was pretty good for the whole week we'd love to come back in summer to experience this wonderful part of the world again! Thanks Les for your hospitality, care and attention of this wee holiday sanctuary. Enjoy Summer 2024!

Perfect Stay!
The cottage is beautifully presented, immaculately clean and well appointed. Set in a lovely secluded garden area. Attentive host, Les was very thoughtful and considerate throughout our stay. We were visiting our daughter who is studying at Bangor University and the cottage is conveniently located for the town centre as well as a great location for exploring the wider North Wales area and Anglesey. Thank you for a perfect stay, we hope to return!

Delightful Cottage Perfect Base for Exploring
This delightful cottage was the perfect base for hiking and paddleboarding, both on Anglesey, and also in Snowdonia. The cottage itself was larger than we expected, tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. It is set in the beautiful grounds of the house, however it feels cleverly secluded with its own private patio area. Les was welcoming and a great source of local knowledge - thank you. We enjoyed the welcome treats and fresh flowers too. We always looked forward to returning to Tyddyn Sydney Bach after a long day's hike. We would thoroughly recommend this cosy cottage.

Lovely Bungalow for Two!
We have just returned from a week's holiday at Tyddyn Sydney Bach, you drive up the lane and the gate opens to a wonderful garden and Tyddyn Sydney Bach. A lovely bungalow for two with everything you could ask for set in the gardens. Les and William were perfect hosts, and the situation is ideal for exploring Anglesey and North Wales.

Almost like a Second Home to Me!

Such a Wonderful Experience

Your cottage was cosy, clean and comfortable and well equipped facilitating for all our need.

Such a Beautiful Stay
We stayed for 4 days over New Year 2018 and was greeted with a lovely bottle of bubbly to bring in the New Year. Such a beautiful little cottage in a quaint setting. Other than being clean and modern we were greeted by the utmost friendliness and warmth. I felt like I was at home and being pampered.

Surpassed Our Expectations!
This little bolthole has surpassed our expectations. It was so lovely to arrive and see some fresh flowers and home made treats. Thank you so much for all the little extras as well as toiletries and good quality pots and pans etc. The bed was very comfortable. Feels so homely. We enjoyed walking to Watkins Path and took a chilly dip in the falls. Beaumaris has nice shops and lovely bay. Fish and Chips at Neptunes were good. We had a superb meal in Dylans in Menai Bridge. Fantastic fresh fragrant noodles in Noodle One, Bangor. Two Guys from Brussels is a coffee shop where you can enjoy quality chocolates and a whisky hot chocolate until 10 pm! But the highlight was the show in Pontio in Bangor, FLOWN. Just absolutely wonderful - see YouTube for a clip! Love to return!
