Kitchen & Living area
The modern fitted kitchen/dining room is furnished with a dining table for two and is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave/oven, gas hob and an extractor hood. A good range of table and cookware is provided.
A utility cupboard contains a washer/dryer.
The tasteful open plan lounge, with beamed ceiling, has red leather reclining sofas with side tables and brass table lamps, computer desk and computer chair, complete with smart TV and DVD player.
Tyddyn Sydney Bach has just installed gas central heating and Valor Living Flame Gas Fire - all the warmth and none of the hard work!
Bedroom & Bathroom
The bedroom is furnished with solid pine wardrobe, dressing table and double bed with a memory foam mattress. The bed is made up with low – allergy duvet and pillows. Bed linen is supplied.
There are two comfortable armchairs and a coffee table by the french windows to quietly watch the wildlife or enjoy your new book.
Bathroom with toilet and hand basin unit, twin ended bath with shower overhead. Unlimited hot water. Kick space heater and dual fuel towel rail are connected to the central heating for comfort and warm fluffy towels - complete with Cole and Lewis toiletries.
Tyddyn Sydney Bach is located in the landscaped garden within the three-acre grounds of Tyddyn Sydney Farm. The fountain and cascades of the water feature sets the scene while the Weeping Willow rustles in the breeze. The patio area stretches across the front of the Tyddyn Sydney Bach which is screened by Jasmine, Honeysuckle and climbing Roses. The patio has garden furniture to relax in to enjoy your morning coffee whilst listening to the bird song. The cottage is reached by a winding stepping stone path from the car park, past the main house and several of the garden's features.
